Jerry ‘Judge’ Hinds is a UK born comic art and publishing enthusiast who currently resides in Singapore.  He’s the President of the Association of Comic Artists (Singapore), and has published various works in the past for both himself and other creators.  He’s a senior editor at ThunderZone Comics, and is currently working on an art book; How To Draw Characters From The ThunderZone!
