The masters of gothic horror are back. Tim Vigil, the legendary artist behind the indie-comics phenomenon Faust, reunites with writer David Barbour, his collaborator on Spring-Heeled Jack and Zero Tolerance. Together they bring you their most stunning work yet: GOTHIC NIGHTS—a 200+ page, graphic novel dripping with blood, lust, and unrelenting darkness.

Launching February 28, on Kickstarter, GOTHIC NIGHTS is a love letter to gothic romance and supernatural horror. It’s set in a world that brings vampires and werewolves back to their iconic monstrous origins. You’ll never see them in the same dark light again.  This pen-and-ink tour-de-force features numerous color plates and behind-the-scenes features spotlighting the level of mastery and devotion on display. Barbour had this to say of the project – “One of the great things about working with Tim is sitting down and throwing ideas back and forth, he’ll start drawing sketches and rough breakdowns right there.”

This is Tim Vigil at his most extreme — every page a masterwork of shadow, seduction, and savagery. GOTHIC NIGHTS is a must have for devotees of Faust: Love of the Damned, fans of the EC comics revival and backers of the best NSFW comic projects. The Darkest Love Story Ever Told Tim Vigil Unleashed – The underground legend delivers his most breathtaking, brutal, and beautiful work to date. 200+ Pages of Inked Obsession – A graphic novel that dives deep into love, fear, and blood-soaked destiny. For the love of Vampires and Beasts – Passions ignite with a deadly flame. Is it love or lust that defies the laws of nature and the heavens above?
